We understand that small household pets like mice, guinea pigs, parrots and budgies require attention and interaction.
As well as a clean cage, ample food and clean water, we provide the daily human contact that is so important to our furry and feathered guests.
If requested, small furry and feathered pets can be homed in an air-conditioned part of our Pet Resort.
We are proud of our newly renovated poultry aviary. Come and see for yourself. We can cater for all your feathered pets including chooks, ducks, and geese as well as household birds such as parrots, budgies and canaries.
When your bird comes to stay with us, we want to make sure that they are as comfortable as possible so household birds must be brought in their own cage. Please bring in their favourite dry food so they can enjoy their holiday.
Small furry friends are also very welcome. We can also cater for small pets such as guinea pigs. Please bring your small furry pet in their own cage with their favourite food.

What are our opening hours?
We trade 7 days a week from 7am till 4pm (longer opening hours gives you more flexibility)
When can I drop off and collect my pet/s?
You can drop your pet/s off anytime between 7am and 3pm and they can be collected between 7am and 4pm
What should we bring?
Please bring along your pet/s current vaccination certificate, bedding and coats (if in winter), Special Diets and Medications.
What if my pet/s require medications?
Medications are no issue and no extra charge for administering them, Although we do charge $20 per needle.
Does my dog get daily exercise?
Yes, All of our fur babies get out into the yard and play with our staff and other guest with similar temperment and size.

When should I book for Christmas?
We recommend booking your Christmas bookings as soon as possible, as we fill up fast for our holiday periods.
